Summary
After the events at Griffith Observatory, Lucy has about a thousand questions about herself, her morality, and everything else she can think of. Luckily for her, the road to New Vegas is long, and the Ghoul is surprisingly fascinating to talk to.
Naturally, she does what any (questionably) sane person would do: She falls in love with him.

Listen, fuckers, we are primarily rolling with vibes here. What vibes, you ask? Soft, lovely, warm ones with LOTS of assholery and angst mixed in. Expect a chipper, sassy Lucy, a grumpy, more-vulnerable-than-he-wants-to-be Cooper, and a Dogmeat that can do no wrong.

Summary
After taking down Henry and impeding Vault-Tec's HQ in New Vegas, Cooper and Lucy rescue Janey from Vault 31. Lucy finds a familiar face in a cryo tube bearing her father's name: Norm, who should be home in Vault 33, not frozen and lifeless in Vault-Tec's secret executive vault.
It's not like Lucy can just leave him there. Obviously, a second rescue is in order.
