Summary
A short fic from Dex's perspective, set in mid-2023, for the Rowvember prompt "Rebuild". Dex faked his own death in 2013 in my headcanon, and was one of very few people who changed their records so successfully that not even Zinyak had him stored under his real name. He is eventually removed from the pods in one of the final waves of humans.
This is set in my main canon universe where my OC Cassandra "Casey" Clark is the Boss, but the OC shipped with Dex is Anteros Prince who is the Boss(usually) OC of @whoredmode on tumblr. Credit to Anteros as an OC goes to him, I've just tried to recreate him as well as I can. In Casey's universe he's one of the antagonists in Washington during the presidential race in my Saints Row 3.5 story.
