Summary
This is a retelling of North by Northwest, because I like the story and I like these characters. For those of you just here for the bishova content, please be patient but assured in its presence. Also some of the 39 steps. if you have seen either of these movies, you're welcome to read anyway but you will likely be able to guess all of the plot. I recommend them both highly. also we're all just here to have fun, it's no big deal, yada yada. I'll update tags as i go.
Also please note that this is A. my first fanfic in any of these fandoms B. my first long form fanfic of any kind. Be kind.
English is my first language, however, so expect so fairly rudimentary usage of it. Also my skill with asl is exactly zero as even if I had taken the time to learn to sign (which I have not, regretably,) i am british, and thus would've learnt bsl. -
