Summary
Professor McGonagall said they were the worst type of Muggles. She was not wrong, but she wasn't entirely right either. Yes, Petunia was jealous of her sister, and that jealousy manifested as spite. Yes, Dudley Dursley was a spoiled baby. Yes, Vernon Dursley was a bully. But their world was destroyed by the ignorance and arrogance of Albus Dumbledore.

An idea that has been simmering for a while that I needed to get out. Not an apology for the Dursleys, just my theory as to why they were so abominable. You may gather I don't much like Albus Dumbledore either.

Summary
Getlestrade posted some fanart on tumblr. I've been struggling with writing recently. This may have helped clear the blockage.
Greg Lestrade is cold and wet as torrential rain deluges his crime scene. Luckily it was open and shut so no need for Sherlock, but he's cold, soaked, and disillusioned as he ambles away from the bright lights of the crime scene into the dark of a spring evening.
