So of course I've watched the trailers an embarrassing number of times and fitted the following pieces into a jigsaw. Izzy and Stede have some kind of working relationship ~ Izzy loses a leg ~ Izzy cries. Not necessarily in that order.

Izzy Hands has a new name ~ Jericho Black ~ a new life and a new love, with just the occasional letter to remind him of the old days. But the quiet little harbour town where he lives with his beloved Joshua is suddenly under threat and Israel Hands must step up once more.
This story is a thank you to Florence_Day whose kind and perceptive comments on Pirate Mania inspired me to write this.
