Summary
You'd been suffering through feeling sick for a couple weeks, and work manages to finally be the thing to put you over the edge. Wesker very reluctantly has to take care of you. After a creepy encounter from Irons, Wesker seems to be your hero. But, when your fever doesn't down you have to go to the hospital. What you've learned about Irons almost gets you killed. Events continue to fall into place that lead to you making Captain and Wesker making chief, and you learn things about each other, as well as grow closer.

Summary
Married life with Alastor has been going well enough, both still learning to adjust to each other's presence. Just when Emery feels she has finally settled into a comfortable rhythm strange things start occurring. Loud screams could be heard from the bayou at night, and if that wasn’t odd enough Alastor was starting to act strangely. Flashes of red passed his eyes almost indistinguishable, broken mirrors and things that surpassed comprehension. Emery is left wondering if perhaps she signed up for more than she bargained for.
Deep secrets are getting harder to keep hidden and Alastor is stuck fighting with truths he never thought could be understood. He was never supposed to share his space with another and now even his carefully crafted mask was showing cracks. How much could he really tell Emery and what would happen if she came across things he couldn't explain away? Surely there was a limit to what one could accept and as each deep rooted secret is pushed closer to being revealed he finds himself admiring her resolve, more than he feels he should.
