Summary
Yokahoma has always been strange. The security around its borders were strict, allowing very little to no people to enter. The dawn of quirks only increased security measures around the border. However due to a little inconvenience, the port mafia boss, Mori Ougai, has no choice other than ask help from the so called ‘heroes’ with the one condition of sending his 2 young executives, Dazai Osamu and Nakahara Chuuya, to the prestigious hero school UA. How could he decline such an offer? This was a little too perfect. How will their stay turn out?
