Mike just rolls his eyes, leaning leisurely against the inside of Will’s thigh and continuing to give him the most casual blowjob he’s ever received. “I love you, too.” Will breathed out, relief washing over him as he noticed the way Mike reciprocated the touch, his arms wrapped around Will’s waist. His face was buried between Will's face and shoulder, hiding in the crook of his neck.
“I didn’t say it.” Mike muttered, voice muffled against Will’s (now damp with tears) shirt. His arms were clinging to his back, as if he was afraid the shorter boy would run if he didn’t hold on as tight as he physically could.
"You didn’t have to.”

"What's got you so distracted, then?" Will pried, applying more pressure on Mike's face as he spoke, his voice low and on the verge of being sultry.
Mike didn't respond. He couldn't. It felt like all of his words got stolen, or maybe he forgot every word he once knew.
Then, in response to this, Will leaned in even closer, his voice quieted down to a whisper, talking directly into Mike's ear. "Is it me?"
During the 18 month time skip between s4 and s5, Will finds Mike’s unsent letters that he wrote to him while he was in California, among other things of his. Will is a little shit about it.

Will smiled, letting the words wash over him as he felt the heat begin to build in his abdomen.
“But your hair is too perfect. You need someone to mess it up, it doesn’t work. Not when you’re… like this,” Mike swallowed, his gaze locking on Will’s, steady and pleading. Will released his hold on him with no obvious movement of his hand, and to his surprise Mike seemed not to notice, staying put with his back against the wall. Something about that had Will letting out another embarrassing groan as Mike continued.
“Shouldn’t have to please yourself. You should let me,” Mike was saying, “I could make you feel so good. You could have my fist, or my mouth, or my thighs, or…” Mike trailed off, smirking as his meaning dawned on Will. Will had never been particularly strong when it came to Mike._________________
