Summary
They fall into a system, of sorts. A rhythm, if you will. If Apollo has to run some errand or another to the Prosecutor’s Office, he always stops by Klavier’s office. And Klavier always makes time for him.
Klavier always kisses Apollo like it’s the last time—like he’s trying to savor it, memorize it, file it away for later. Maybe it is, in a way, because if they fall into a case together—who knows how long it’ll be before they can do this again?
Sometimes they do more. Those times are rarer. But, yeah, Apollo’s gotten on his knees for Klavier, or that time Klavier crawled between Apollo’s legs—they’re good. Just rarer.
And even those times don’t mean anything. They don’t have to. They can’t. They won’t. But, hey, as far as stress relief—it works.
