Summary
After the events in Derry, the creature that haunts the very echoes of the town should be dormant. Instead, it finds itself watched.
Dick Hallorann’s shine brushes against something ancient and wrong – and instead of feeding it, the contact unsettles it. Weakens it. Pulls its attention in ways fear never has. It begins to linger.
It knows what makes Hallorann afraid. It knows how to hurt him. What it doesn’t understand is why Hallorann affects it. Why his presence disrupts the careful hunger it has always obeyed.
What begins as a threat curdles into fixation, and fixation into something far more dangerous: attention that won’t let go.

Summary
"Who are you?" deep grumble echoed through the sewers. It had a hint of intrigue in it's voice. Hallorann could feel it's overwheling presence. The place was full of it, like it's sinister energy was crushing him. Suddenly the creature took a step forward and his vision got filled with images of jester masks, then dead bodies and brutality of war. The world was spinning. Hallorann tried to take control of it, as he managed to stop the illusions from happening he didn't felt how the presence got near him. He gasped at the sight of a clown appearing right in front of him. He quickly took a step back, but a doll laying in the gray water caused him to trip and fall. The clown wasn't smiling; it loomed over him and stared at him intensively, slightly turning it's head like a dog looking at a new toy, it's eyes still glowing with fascination.
What if Dick Hallorann and Pennywise had more encounters?

It’s not a phrase that the old man usually uses, but for some reason it’s the first thing that comes to mind. This man is as cold as the dead. The blind old man could feel the Creature's scars; what else might he have noticed?
