On Remnant, only the lucky ones are born with an aura that grants them powers. Because of this, heroes have become commonplace. And where there are heroes, there are villains that they must fight.Ruby Rose is one such hero. Masquerading as a simple flower shop owner as her civilian self, when there is trouble in her home, she takes the form of Beacon's greatest (and only) hero: Crescent Rose. For years she has worked tirelessly, defeating villains and saving people on a nigh daily basis- and it's starting to wear on her. But she keeps going; both because there is no one else who will take up the mantle... and because she may or may not have accidentally fallen in love with Beacon's most dangerous (and, in her belief, most misunderstood) villain: Myrtenaster.
No one told her being a superhero was going to be easy.
But she never expected it to be this hard.

Summary
I don't remember much of my past. I know I didn't have a body that suited me, and I know my life was bad enough that it drove me to suicide, but nothing else. I died.
I died, and was given a second chance. I don't know why I was chosen, but I'll take it. I was given a body more fitting of my Soul, knowledge I should never have had, and a single command:
“Make your own choices. Follow your heart.”
Then, I woke up in a hospital, on the tiny island of Patch, 2 years before Ruby Rose entered Beacon. Knowledge of the future was crammed into my head, all the way up until the fall of Atlas.
Then… I met Ruby Rose. But she was like me. She knew things that were yet to come. I could tell. She could tell. So, I had a choice. Help her stop Remnants Ruin… or run away from everything.
Even to an amnesiac girl still trying to figure out why she suddenly gained a tail, the choice was obvious.
We would stand, Together… Against Fate.
