    But fuck him when his nose picked up an omega, and fuck him harder when he realized the depths Murkoff was willing to go to destroy innocent people if it meant they got what they wanted. He should have left. He should never have come. It was bringing something out of him that should never have been let out.

    Except he couldn't leave Waylon. And that really was the beginning of the end.

    Outlast Whistleblower, only it's a/b/o role reversal loosely inspired by reapersun's art where it's a bad ending where the Walrider succeeds, but there's a dark and happy ending for our insane couple.

    Holt and Jackson had spoken about trying to split themselves apart, they weren't unhappy with how they were. But Holt had suggested the idea one day, and Jackson wasn't a mad scientist for no reason.

    Jackson had worked on a serum to successfully split them into two separate bodies, being so confident in himself he makes a mistake. Instead of testing the serum on something or another, he immediately tested the serum on himself.

    That resulted in a successful split with many, many downsides. Yes, they now had separate bodies, but was it worth it if only one of them made it?
