“So your answer is ‘yes’? No more questions? Hold-ups? Reservations?”
“I guess I have one.” Deadpool steps forward and suddenly he seems much more threatening than he did five seconds ago; it does not help to ease Peter's spinning head. “You have to promise you won’t get in my way. Otherwise, no dice.”
“Sure, it's a deal,” Peter says, though he has no intention of following through.
Maybe it isn’t fair, but Peter is an opportunist.

Peter loses his superpowers during a fight with a brand-new costumed villain. Desperate to get them back, and with no other heroes available for backup, he receives help from an unlikely candidate.
He’s never been big on team-ups, but this time, he doesn’t really have a choice. Hopefully, it won’t be a complete disaster.

Summary
Pain is a funny craving. To Wade Wilson, it’s even funnier, and objectively much more than a craving.
It isn’t unheard of for your any average person to have a little thing for pain. Everybody needs a vice in this cold world. Biting the forbidden fruit, really, is usually all that it is. Tiny bits at a time, in moderation, then you stop. You have to stop. Average people have limits.
Wade, though, is completely limitless... and pain is his only historical constant.
Friends leave. Lovers leave. Pain, in all of its ugly glory, finds a way not only to remain, but persist. It’s comfortable to him, if for no other reason than its familiarity. No matter who or what fails Wade, pain will persevere. Always.
Over the long and aching years, he’s learned to depend on that. It’s the one thing that will always be there for him. This has been proven, again and again.
OR
Logan goes soft on Wade after he learns he’s in constant (real) pain. In his defense, fighting feels different!
Wade still wants to play dirty. He’s not made of glass. He’ll do just about anything to get his sparring partner back.

Summary
In his mid 20s, Peter Parker has hit rock bottom – lonely, broke and exhausted. Spiderman is old news these days, and despite eight years of constant service as the “friendly neighbourhood Spiderman”, all he has to show for it is the loss of everyone he’s ever loved (either through death or moving across the country to get away from him), a shitty apartment that pisses water through the ceiling every time it rains, and a paycheck-to-paycheck job at The Daily Bugle that covers less and less every month.
Teaming up with Deadpool seems like a terrible idea on paper. His reputation precedes him – and it's not exactly one that aligns with Uncle Ben’s whole ‘responsibility’ spiel. But at this point, Peter figures ‘what the hell’. It's not like Deadpool could make his life worse at this point. And if Peter finds himself getting a crush on the guy – who is probably straight, and most certainly too old for him to an extent that would have Aunt May turning in her grave – then, well, it’s not really his fault, is it?
Alternatively: 7 times Spiderman and Deadpool kissed, +1 time Peter Parker kissed Wade Wilson
