    If you had asked anybody who had known either Will or James for at least three seconds, they would have told you with a straight face that the two of them were a mated pair and likely always had been.
    The only problem with that was that they weren’t, definitely not, far from it in fact. No, Will and James were friends, just friends and that was all.
    And that was fine in Will’s mind. Completely fine.
