Every hero training and testing facility is well aware of the HPSC’s training dummies - highly advanced technology that can assess and critique actions taken during a training scenario. For the 3rd year final exams, U.A. has decided to rent one of these dummies to really test the quality of their students.
The training dummy was supposed to be a robot. Not a green-haired human child proudly bearing the title Agent TD-157: Certified HPSC Training Dummy.
