Summary
Death is not something you can fight. You can run, hide, scream, shout and cry, but you'll never escape its grasp.
Makoto Yuki is not someone you'd consider a hero. Where one might force themselves to change, grow and persevere through the pain they've been inflicted, he's content with stagnation. Besides, why's it matter what he does when there's someone else much more qualified to be that hero?
Kotone Shiomi has everything going for her. Looks, grades, even a secret ability that lets her fight murderous demons during a hidden hour nobody knows about. But behind every smile, there's a story. Especially with one as fake as hers.

Summary
Ever since he was 6 years old, Makoto Yuuki has been alone in the world. Everything he learned to do, he's had to learn himself. Every time he's allowed himself to settle into a new home, it changes. No matter who he connects with, it all ends eventually when they see the real him. As extraordinary as this dorm is...why should they be any different?
OR in which a very introverted and traumatized Makoto slowly relearns what it's like to have a family, and navigates the confusing (slightly stunted) mess of feelings that dredges up for some of his fellow SEES.

Summary
