“That is such a non-answer.”
“It’s the only answer you’re getting.”
Delly narrowed her eyes playfully. “Okay, then what do you think of—”
“No.”
“I didn’t even say anything yet!”
“You were going to say Finnick.”
Delly gasped. “I was going to say Finnick.”
“I know,” Annie said dryly, taking a sip of her coffee.
“Well?” Delly leaned forward, fully invested now. “Thoughts? He’s like literally the hottest guy I've ever seen in my life. Like 2000s romcoms level hot.”
“I think his ego is enormous,” Annie rolled her eyes. “And conversations like this make it even bigger.”
“Oh, come on! Jo’s friends with him, right?” Delly laughed.
Annie raised her eyebrows in amusement, “unfortunately.”
Delly made a face, begging her to go on.
“He’s exactly what you’d expect him to be,” Annie rolled her eyes and conceded.
“Which is?”
“A total asshole,” Annie said plainly.
Delly snorted into her drink, “he’s so hot it almost doesn’t even matter.”
