“You’re so bruised,” Zoro admires, tongue darting out to wet his lips. He’s not a superstitious person, yet his hands still tremble as he picks up the thirteenth needle, observing it a moment longer to ensure he isn’t overlooking some sort of production mistake. “These marks will last a while, princess.”
“I’m happy, sir,” The sub smiles as his fingers creep upwards, just shy of actually coming in contact with the thin sticks of metal, movement stopping in its tracks as soon as Zoro gives him a warning glare.
Number thirteen goes through just as smoothly, leaving the same two small holes as all others behind. Yet another beautiful addition to the carefully crafted web, an artist working on his magnum opus, methodically moving through the steps he has already mapped out beforehand. A case of putting things into the right place, executing the vision he can see so clearly in his mind.

The sight itself is nothing weird, Nami has been wearing a top just like this on every possible chance ever since they first met each other, so the problem his scrutinising gaze finds must have to do with Sanji specifically. His nerves return tenfold. “A bikini?”
He swallows past the lump in his throat. “Right,” The lack of confidence behind his agreement is evident, unsure of the direction where Zoro is hoping to take this conversation. “Is that a problem?”

One of Sanji's dreams in life has always been to wear an actual bikini to an actual beach. The opportunity finally presents itself now that he's well in his 30's, and Zoro takes full advantage of the sight he makes.

“Just- I’ve never done anything like this,” His voice wavers, his cigarette burns to the filter before it extinguishes itself. Sanji flicks it in the general direction of an overfilled trash can and puts his hands at his sides, index tapping against his waist. Trying to pose and make himself look more confident, even as his nerves seem to steer every other twitch and jolt of his being. He’s frantic, almost, as if he feels out of place within his own home. “Not as an omega, not yet.”
“We don’t have-”
“I want to,” Sanji cuts him off, a bit snappy. Frustrated by the constant inner conflict. “You have no idea how long I have wanted this.”
