Summary
Following his accident Stephen Strange left his long-time boyfriend Tony Stark. Tony was devasted but still, he held hope that his Stephen would come back to him one day but that too got squished when the news of his death came from all the way to Nepal. That was when Tony felt lifeless, after that, he was only living for his friends the ones who were left.
But after a year Stephen came back standing in front of Tony in his compound, alive, with magic in his veins.

Summary
Dr. Strange looks at the world after Thanos and, faced with its seemingly irreparable brokenness, breaks his own oath. Tony, Stephen, and Loki go back in time for one more chance - an intentional choice, because they are each other's insurance against repeating the same mistakes. Tony wakes up shortly before the Stark Expo with the reactor's palladium core still poisoning him. Stephen wakes up with undamaged hands and a flourishing medical career. Loki wakes up in Asgard one day before Thor's coronation.
"Do I dare disturb the universe? / In a minute there is time / for decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse."
[ Yet another take on that time travel fic with lots of worldbuilding, hand-wavey comic book science, political intrigue, inventing, nerding out, and a broken Tony trying to fix a broken world - but this time he's not alone. ]

Across the room, amidst a sea of suits and clipboards, stood a man who broke the monotony. Tall, broad-shouldered, with a presence that demanded attention effortlessly. His hair was dark and slightly tousled, as if he'd run his hand through it too many times during some heated debate, and he wore a tailored suit that perfectly outlined his silhouette. Tony's gaze lingered, uninvited, tracing the sharp line of the man's chin, the way his fingers gestured as he spoke. It wasn't attraction, Tony told himself—he'd never given a man a second glance in his entire life. Women were his playground, his escape, his everything. This was just… curiosity. A glitch in the matrix of a tedious evening.
