Of course he is. That's the point.
You don't walk into a room like this - into a life like this - on personality alone. You don't catch the attention of a man like Jos Verstappen with something as forgettable as wit or ambition. You bring what you have, and if what you have is a face like that and a body built to stop a room, you learn early how to use it. Max has seen it before, the calculus of it, the way certain people move through the world treating their own appearance as currency. He's grown up around it. He knows how it works.
It doesn't make Lewis any less to look at. It just makes him easier to categorize.
"Max." His father's voice lands across the room. "You're late."
"Flight was delayed." Max moves to the table and sits, pulling his expression into something even. "I texted."
"You did." Jos lifts his wine glass with the unhurried authority of a man who has never once felt the need to rush. "This is Lewis. My husband."

“You’re so sassy,” he says. “But I need to have a shower now, alright?”
The dog carries on panting even when Lewis stops stroking him, so he can assume he’s probably been forgiven for trying to shut him out of the bathroom. Lewis had already experienced this trial with Roscoe and Coco before, and had thankfully gotten them to not trail him in here.
“Don’t look,” Lewis tells him as he undresses, pointing a warning finger at the dog. The dog just stares back at him, and the Brit is almost certain that he can see a smirk on that face.
“You little creep,” Lewis sighs, turning to face away from the dog before he takes his boxers off. He might just be a dog, but it’s just weird to be watched in his own bathroom.

Max thinks he should teach Kimi to lower his expectations when it comes to what Lewis is willing to entertain. Things don't go exactly as he expected.
