This takes place in vampire diaries world. It’s reincarnation/transmigration (a bit). Maya at a very young age (5?) gets her memories from another life where vampire diaries was a show and she finds out that she’s a siphon (witch not able to produce own magic but can use it after getting magic from other sources). She helps Enzo escape vampire experimentation and the rest is history. Lots of world building, close friendship bonds, and mayaXklause. It’s really good! Lots of plot some spice and cuteness

Summary
In this sequel to 'Of Hounds and Traps,' Sandor, Sansa, Arya, and a few servants head to the colony of Virginia to make a life for themselves. There they encounter many different kinds of challenges while adjusting to this new life with all of its demands and rewards. Themes include human enslavement, relations with indigenous people, racism, classism, sexism, but also love, understanding, and simple domestic fluff. Arya is coming into her own but it's not a smooth process by any means. Sansa, too, is growing into her new role as the mistress of the household, and Sandor struggles with the dramatic changes in the course of his life from when he was a simple trapper living alone with his dog, to now being a plantation owner. Each of them is constrained in some ways and free in others, and they will have to figure out what is most important to each of them in order to find true liberty.
