“Careful! You’ll scratch the hardwood,” Yuuji chided as he followed Sukuna. He placed his boxes down with better care, their contents hardly making a noise. As he stood up, he brushed his hands together, removing imaginary dust. The smile was still on his face although it had toned down to something more bearable.
Yuuji turned to look at Sukuna, head tilting. “You really think it’s too small?’
Sukuna scoffed and turned to exit the room. He crossed the hall into what would become the living room. It was not much bigger than the room they’d just been in, the one that would become his office, but it was brighter thanks to the double glass doors that led to a small front patio.
“I’ll hear you no matter where you are in this place.” Sukuna walked to the doors and unlatched them, throwing them wide open to allow the fresh spring air to infiltrate the house. It’s not that the house had a bad smell, it was that it had no smell other than stale air and dust. It tickled his sinuses and made him want to sneeze.

Summary
Even with the distance between them, Sukuna could smell Yuuji. His scent wasn’t usually so strong but, then again, he wasn’t usually in a situation where he was fighting for his life. Sukuna’s nose twitched as he picked up the prevalent smell of honey and peaches. Beneath that was the scent of pennies to no surprise. And beneath that, there was a sharp sting of chemicals that made Sukuna’s nose twitch. Unnatural as they were, Sukuna recognized them. They were a concoction meant to induce a forced heat.
It worked. Just not as intended in Yuuji’s case. The heat of a Prime Omega was much more violent than the heat of an everyday Omega.

Sukuna’s ‘wife’, is his sister. His younger sister, who he spent all their high school years defending from the hyenas who surround them panting for a sniff up her skirt.
“If we just act like a couple on like… a sitcom? I’ll kiss your cheek, we share a room, fade to black, yeah? It’ll be fine.” Yuuji says.
No way this can possibly go wrong.

Thus began his history of overly emotional pre-heats, where he used to sob inconsolably over his ‘lost love’.
