    Shane has decided to join Ilya at his Halloween Party. Not as a couple but as another small step forward in changing their narrative. Shane has finally worked up the courage to meet Ilya's new team.

    Meanwhile the Centaurs have decided to use the party as a chance to solve the mystery of who is Jane? Ilya's mysterious girlfriend who he seems to have moved countries for.

    When Shane called him back the next day after practice Ilya was ready to try to talk him into it. And also ready to be disappointed. He just knew Shane was going to say no.

    But then Shane surprised him. God he loved Shane. Apparently he had gone through a whole pro-con list and decided it wasn't a bad idea. The whole point of Ilya moving to Ottawa was to change their narrative. For them to appear more friendly.

    A Halloween party was a step in that direction. They weren't ready to go to the party as a couple yet, but Shane could go as Ilya’s friend. It was a small step but it made Ilya so loved.
