Quirks and Soulmates, Soulmates and quirks - they go hand in hand.
So Izuku can only watch as the words litter his skin, and feel the pain through their bond. Quirkless, and forced to see his not-soulmates share their dream of becoming heroes. His words don't reach them.
But when Izuku is assaulted by a stranger, his soulmates realize there's another one.
Or, the three times Izuku saves his soulmates, and the time they saved him.

But it all came to an end when a rival tribe attacked his own, and Izuku was found and brought to the chief of the rival tribe: a dominant alpha with red, piercing eyes.

Summary
"How many have we lost this time?" Heero asks as Wufei stands in the doorway.
That Wufei hesitates before telling him isn't a good sign, but before Heero has to ask him again, he says, "Thirty-five dead. Another twenty are seriously wounded. At least seven are not expected to make it through the night."
Heero had sent a hundred soldiers after the Eltoo menace that is known only as Shinigami, and this was the result. "How large was his force?" he demands, clenching his hands.
Wufei's posture somehow becomes even more correct. "Reports say it was just him."
"Gather my generals," Heero tells him. "If I have to send a thousand to capture him, I will. And I do mean capture, Wufei. I want him alive."
Bowing, Wufei says, "Of course, Your Majesty."
Heero is going to make that barbarian regret ever raising a hand against Heero's troops.
When the captured Shinigami is revealed to be an omega, all of Heero's plans change.
