   When Dunk took on nine-year-old Egg for a squire, he’d been ready for some growing pains, so to speak.
   He’d anticipated the sudden, ravenous appetite that rivaled his own, Egg’s complaints about his joints aching, and even the bouts of pre-pubescent moodiness.
   What Dunk hadn’t anticipated was waking up to a suspiciously Egg-sized dragon having a go at their breakfast rations in the middle of the night.
