    Akechi is certain that these upstart Phantom thieves' rumors are of far greater consequence. He realizes this when the castle that once loomed over Shujin Academy was gone post-Kamoshida’s confession. Gone yet replaced, by something larger. Darker.     7 years ago she abandoned the Maw, his fate unknowingly changing hers.

    Now, after 7 years they are reunited, as if fate had brought them together.

    Old wounds are reopened, memories are brought to the surface, as forces beyond them conspire once more to bring about that which they brought about before.

    And all they can do is hang on, survive, like they always have.
