Will’s face heated up instantly. Before he could overanalyze the weight behind that statement, Mike cleared his throat and adjusted his tie, loosening the knot slightly. "I mean, you’re excellent at your job. You’ve made my life... significantly easier."
Will looked down at his shoes, a small, shy smile breaking through his nerves. "Well, that’s the whole point of my job, isn't it? To make your life easier."
Mike nodded slowly, his eyes dark and fixed on Will. He grabbed his phone from the desk, "Right."

Summary
He exhaled the smoke, now thinning, casting white shadows to drift across Mike’s sharp features. The air cleared but neither boy made a move to pull away. Rather, they moved infinitesimally closer, catching lips and bumping noses again.
Will’s heavy eyes fought to stay open. The force of Mike’s aura had him longing to shut his eyes and close the distance, to feel the warmth of his mouth and taste the remnants of earthy weed on the tip of his tongue.
Swaying forward, he breathed out a needy, “Mike, I want–”
“Yeah?”
OR: Mike visits Will at college. He didn't plan to cheat on Carlton, but he also didn't plan on getting high with Mike. Shit happens, right?

Summary
Mike clears his throat slightly and keeps the same edge to his tone in the hope of fully drawing Will back to what they’re doing. “Hands.”
The reaction is instant again, as it was earlier and Mike feels that same rush as Will moves quickly to clasp his hands behind his back. He hears Will mumble out a sorry, embarrassment evident in his tone and Mike decides to tease him, his distraction at nothing amusing for some reason.
“Huh? I can’t hear you.” He keeps his voice low in the quiet of the room but Will hears it. His breath stutters again and Mike watches in fascination as his neck starts to flush a deep pink.

Mike and Will accidentally (kind of) begin a dom/sub dynamic after losing a bet and buying some items from a sex shop, all in the name of ‘non-romantic’ exploration! But really, what’s a little BDSM between friends?
