Summary

Nearly 30 years younger than her betrothed, Corrin is frightened and unsure of her future as the enemy's new Queen Consort. She arrives in Nohr a month before the wedding, learning the country's ways and plans for upcoming festivities. Thankfully, the Crown Prince, Xander, is there to ease her transition in his father's absence.

(Third part of series)
With her draconic ability revealed immediately after Sumeragi's murder, Corrin is taken prisoner by Nohr with the intent of forging her into a war machine with no mind of her own. Azura, who in turn is never kidnapped and taken to Hoshido, works to prevent this fate before passing the torch of responsibility to Xander, who then vows to deliver Corrin safely back to her family despite the treasonous implications. Against his better judgment, responsibility turns into companionship, which turns into love.Valla stirs, however, and the royals of both families are soon forced to turn their attention to the threat of Anankos.
