“My name is Michael Wheeler, I’m 16 years old, and a year ago today, my best friend lost his mind.”
Mike Wheeler hasn't talked to Will Byers in months. It's been a whole year since his best friend of 12 years went insane- Spitting out nonsense about monsters and other dimensions. No one saw it coming, and it has never sat right with Mike.
A day after this awful anniversary, though, Mike receives a visitor: A girl who calls herself Eleven.Eleven steps into Mike's mind and shows him the truth: Will was never the crazy one after all. Somehow, by some great means, Vecna has erased any memory of the Upside Down from all the minds of Hawkins.
Mike, Will, and El restore the original party to face the terrors of Vecna's influence once again, but when Vecna starts altering Will's own memories as a last attempt at power, things get confusing.
Now the question is: What more does Vecna want? Will Mike and the others be able to help Will hold on much longer? Summary
After the fall of Vecna and the Mind Flayer, what remains of Henry Creel is small, human, and broken free from memory. He wakes in the Creel house as it once was, bright, pristine, frozen in the warmth of his childhood, with no knowledge of the monster he became. However, as cracks begin to form Henry must confront the truth buried within the walls: learning that some prisons are built from memory and some ghosts wear your own face.

Summary
It has been—actually, Laurent isn’t sure how long it’s been, when the slave is brought back at last. The poison’s rotting sweetness has stretched the time to a nightmarish attenuation. As if there’s never been anything else but this interminable night. The council hall is drawn in oppressive shadows, the throne looming like a mountain. His uncle sits implacable as granite, the weary council wavering like reeds in a storm, swayed this way and that.
Like all their battles, it is bitter-fought and doomed from the start.
