Lan Xichen blinked.
He had heard plenty of tales about the fearful Empress Jiang. However, looking at the omega now, who was so clearly sulking, he looked strangely…cute? This was probably why Lan Xichen had let this thought burst through without thinking. A completely unfiltered statement that, if it had been any other person, would have most certainly resulted in their head cleanly being separated from their body in less than a second.
