Venti is coping just fine.
It doesn't matter that his husband has been deployed for almost a year and he barely hears from him. It doesn't matter that he spends most of his time worried about this. It doesn't matter that he's 'repressing his feelings' or whatever other bullshit his manager, Aether, says.
He's fine. He's got his busy schedule as an actor to distract him, and he's got a lot of coworkers and friends he gets along with splendidly.
He does not miss Xiao at all.
(Except he does, and it all comes to a head when he receives a surprise after filming wraps up for the day.)
