Summary
the quirk boom was crazy. It changed society as we know it. So why was magic appearing so strange? Right as the quirk wars ended magic started appearing. as it slowly spread the world wasn't ready for another war. By the time people started using magic quirks were the norm, magic was so unknown, not straightforward like most quirks seemed. but when monsters started appearing, magic and quirks had a new target, quickly the age of villains was changed to the age of hunters.
This changed the original timeline. It changed the path of afo and ofa forever. And it changed Midoriya Izuku and Shimura Tenko most of all.
