Summary
Rey certainly never expected to become the sole inheritor of her caretaker's farm and lands, but then the Reverend Luke Skywalker was always known as something of an eccentric. After a life of belonging nowhere, and of being a nobody, it is a welcomed change.
The sudden reappearance of Luke's purportedly long-dead nephew is a slightly less gladdening development, by comparison, but Rey could at least use an extra pair of hands for the winter.
As for the rest of the man, she will have to find out.

Summary
Six months after the murder of Senator Snoke, Ben Solo is making some positive changes in his life. With a new job, a new hallikset, and a new hand, he’s almost ready to kick some old habits and start making a difference, starting with the correspondence course in Galactic Conflict History from Hosnian New College he’s just signed up for. First things first, though: he’s still due to take Rey, fresh from her Jedi training at Luke Skywalker’s temple on Ossus, on their promised tour of the galaxy.
But it seems that the threat posed by Snoke refused to die with him. A new power rises on the edge of Wild Space, along with whispers of the return of a mysterious Grand Admiral of the old Empire, lost since the Battle of Jakku. Several systems threaten to leave the fragile New Republic, leaving it at risk of collapse. Poe Dameron, a leading figure in the nascent Resistance, calls on Ben and Rey for help.
Will they be able to stop old enemies from tearing down the galaxy? And will Ben get his assignments finished on time?
