Summary
Kim Taehyung arrives at Seoul National University like a painting stepping off its wall — first year fine arts student, Korean-American, androgynously beautiful, and so thoroughly insulated by the Kim family's wealth and love that he has never once needed to consider how the other half of the world functions.
Jeon Jungkook has been at SNU for a year already. Second year, basketball captain, scholarship student, left arm sleeved in traditional Korean ink, long hair tied back in a man bun that his teammates know better than to comment on. He grew up in a Daejeon children's home with Min Yoongi, learned early that the world does not hand things to people like him, and has built a careful, fortified version of himself that keeps everyone at a manageable distance.
They are not supposed to make sense.
They make sense anyway. Slowly. Painfully. Imperfectly.
This is the story of two people crossing the distance between worlds that were never designed to meet — and what they build in the space between.
*Taehyung falls first. Jungkook falls harder.*

But in a world where loyalty is currency and betrayal is inevitable, every decision carries a cost.
And some choices have the power to change everything.Bookmarked by Eraseidentity27

Summary
After losing his parents in a tragic accident, Kim Taehyung’s life is turned upside down.
With nowhere else to go, he moves to Jeju Island to live with his grandmother while trying to cope with the void left by his loss and a future that seems increasingly uncertain.
In an attempt to start over, Taehyung is transferred to one of South Korea’s most prestigious high schools, a place where reputation, secrets, and power go hand in hand. With elegant hallways and seemingly perfect students, he soon realizes that something is deeply wrong there.
The closer he gets to certain classmates, the more Taehyung finds himself entangled in mysteries that should have remained buried.
Dangerous truths begin to surface, dark secrets start to haunt him… and, in the midst of all this chaos, he ends up falling in love with someone he should never love.
Now, surrounded by lies, forbidden feelings, and revelations capable of destroying everything around him, Taehyung will have to figure out who he can truly trust.
Because when the truth finally comes to light, perhaps the most important question isn’t who is lying…
But whether he’ll manage to survive.

Summary
Taehyung grew up believing the ice was where he belonged. He knew how lucky he was to have a supportive, loving father who helped him pursue such an expensive sport.
That belief began to crack when his father was detained under suspicion of tax evasion. Around the same time, Taehyung’s performances faltered in major competitions, ultimately costing him his place last season.
With his father gone, Taehyung is left carrying guilt, crushing pressure on the ice, the weight of everyone’s expectations, and a mother who never truly believed in his passion to begin with.
Everything seems to reach a dead end.
Until, during one visit to the detention center to see his father, he encounters a strange detainee…
