"“Are you telling me, Daeron,” Aerion said, voice lilting up in an amused manner, “that you have never found a girl attractive?”
Daeron’s face contorted as he bit his lip. What was there to feel?
“Not really,” he said at last. “Do you?”"
On a walk with Aerion, Daeron comes to a realization about himself: He does not find people attractive, and the very thought of sex makes him feel sick. The rumor that he frequents brothels is therefore that much crueler. Accepting himself would've been hard enough, even without the whispers claiming that he is the opposite of who he really is.
(Or, the asexual Daeron fic I've been meaning to write. Daeron's journey to self-acceptance would've been so much easier if Aerion wasn't such an awful person)

Summary
"Daeron leaned his head against the wall of the bathroom, downing another gulp of wine before letting his arm go limp, the heavy bottle thudding against the floor. He was really in a bad spot this time, wasn't he?"
After an argument with Maekar goes sideways, adding another blow to Daeron's incredibly bad morning, he runs off to drown himself in wine and sorrows, hoping that one day his sadness will wash away. After he goes too far, Egg and Dunk, who have paused their adventures so Egg can visit his family, end up finding him. Together, they begin to pick up the broken pieces that are Daeron Targaryen, and put him back together.
(This fic deals with some heavy themes, which I've listed in the tags. I don't want to hurt anyone by writing this, so if any of these tags are triggers please avoid! They are all highly present in this fic, and are prominent throughout.)

When Egg steals Daeron's final stash of wine in an effort to help his older brother, Daeron finds himself unable to sleep. Dunk offers to help him, which leads to feelings being revealed.
(Basically, Daeron and Dunk share a bed, except this is Dunk so there is no bed)

Summary
Lee was just another casualty. Someone he could mourn later, if he had time. He had to focus, if they were going to survive.
A bit of a character study/expansion on the scenes in the pilot where Adama has to deal with Lee’s death while still leading the Galactica. Basically I needed them to hug more, and Adama gets even more distraught than is shown in the episode.
