Madara Uchiha, the goddess of Shinobi had threatened the first Hokage, Hashirama Senju that she would destroy everything in the name of peace. He tried to sway her away from the dark path but she heard none of it, there was only the eye of the moon plan.
Senju and Uchiha, they are like water and oil, unable to go together. Madara Uchiha was one of, if not the smartest person to ever live. But feelings were always something she was unable to predict.
Hashirama was never the sharpest tool in the shed but he was always honest, except for when it came to his feelings for Madara. She was a true goddess to him, and he knew that she could never love someone like him.Series
