Chris Stamides-Maxwell didn't think she'd ever get to return to the Phoenix Program after her career ending injury on the team. With the Z Team having run off every other dispatcher in the Torrance branch of SDN, Blazer invites Chris back to be a temporary dispatcher while they find someone who can fill corporate's demanding requirements for the position.
