Summary
Three brothers. One raft. And a world of trouble ahead.
When Luffy’s parentage is exposed and both Ace and Sabo are believed to share it, their only choice is to set sail - too early for anyone’s comfort. With Garp’s last-ditch hopes to help them escape and a half-baked plan involving a mysterious ally, they’re thrown into the chaotic seas, searching for a certain red-haired pirate to save their skins.
Oh, and did I mention soulmates ? In this world, their scars bloom into flowers on your skin, and the brothers aren’t the only ones tangled in fate’s thorny vines. Their apparent lack of luck on the matter was enough for the three of them to forget their soulbond, choosing their brotherhood over it… But between fire, chains, and an incurable illness that may have been cured after all, the lines between destiny and disaster blur faster than any of them can handle.
But with a bond like theirs ? Nothing in the world could tear them apart... right ?
Their souls may not be linked together, but their hearts certainly were. They'd drank in sake cups, after all.

Or: A One Piece Fix-it AU where instead of just chucking his vivre card at Luffy and leaving, Ace also makes a vivre card for Luffy. Unfortunately for Ace, Luffy is a chaotic menace who can't stay out of trouble. Ace has a crewmate killer to catch, but he can't seem to get three feet away before Luffy's vivre card bursts into flames and does the weirdest shit imaginable. Needless to say, his revenge quest against Blackbeard is side tracked.

Summary
In Gaia’s way of apologizing, Cloud gets sent into another dimension where their Cloud had been killed by a loved one due to Jenova’s influence. To Cloud’s surprise, he gets three people who remember him as Gaia’s champion. He’s not exactly thrilled.
Alternatively: Cloud becomes a tired single mother of three and finds four hot men trying to take him out (take that how you’d like).
