On June 19th, Osamu Dazai wakes up to a line on his arm that makes him determined to think he’d die before he spends his life with his soulmate. His words are “Damn you shitty bastard, don’t die yet.”
Perhaps he should worry about the cussing and what type of person his soulmate was, but rather, the words implied he might as well be on his deathbed when he met his soulmate. But even if that should be concerning, all he felt was that death should be numbing.
