   Summary

   The beauty of humanity is their adaptability. You can throw humans into any situation and watch them prevail. Well... most situations at least.
   Too bad Sam is anything but competent in handling new, life-altering changes, as well as life on another world. That, and certain alien artifacts seem to hate him with a passion. It's a good thing the feeling is mutual.
