He finds himself with his memories and most of his abilities in his 16 year old body once again. His wish had been granted and when he sees how life has been for Kasumi he makes a choice to save her honor.

Princess Consort Eschalot does what King Vegeta's previous consorts failed to do and that was survive child birth. She gave birth to twins a boy and a girl. King Vegeta however is not pleased when the young prince has a weak battle power but everyone is shocked when the princess has her power revealed. To shame his heir for being weak he names his daughter Vegeta.

The night King Aerys dies Princess Elia goes missing. Only a bed of blood remained and is presumed dead. As King of the Seven Kingdoms Rhaegar marries Lyanna Stark. A few years later Elia and her son Aegon were found by chance. She has no memories of her life before Aegon's birth. Rhaegar has his Three Heads of the Dragon.
No Robert’s Rebellion. Ned was born female and named Eddara. She and Robert are married. Jon Snow was born Visenya Targaryen. Daenerys is the daughter Rhaella and Ser Bonifer. Viserys is a good big bro/uncle.
