    Izuku Midoriya has been beaten down, abused, and bent to his limit, and after a traumatic injury almost breaks him, Izuku finds the resolve he needs to challenge the world that tried to destroy him. Using his knowledge of invention passed down to him from his father, Izuku decides to force the world to see his worth. To show them that you don't need a quirk to be worth it in this world.

    Unfortunately, when you challenge the world, the world tends to fight back...

    When All for One died, it was supposed to get better. Japan was supposed to get better.

    It didn't.

    Vigilantes are now as common as heroes and villains, there's a new Trigger epidemic across the country and, to top it all, the government sometimes seems to be making it worse. Heroes are doing what they can, but that doesn't seem enough.

    Meanwhile, a group of people decides that enough is enough and, tired of this never ending war between heroes and villains, try to stay out of the conflict.

    But the chess pieces are moving, and they may not have the freedom to choose.

Izuku hides his quirk in fear that he would be perceived as villainous and makes friends along his journey to become a hero. All Might does his best to raise a child and learns what it means to be a great dad.

    Izuku midorya was kidnapped by the military when he was four years old and forced into brutal torture and training in order to become the perfect soldier, they succeeded, he has a powerful and dangerous quirk, amazing combat skills, he feels nothing and doesn’t argue with orders. There’s nothing he can’t do. And now izuku has been sent to an undercover mission at UA where he almost immediately sets off some alarm bells in the teachers minds everything from his uncomfortably straight posture, the way he blindly obeys orders, little to no social skills to his incredible combat skills equal to those of most of his teachers and the fact the boy despite 14 is absolutely littered in scars, some of which look like gun shot wounds. The boy was a walking red flag.

    An the teachers at UA were going to figure out why the boy was the way he was if it was the last thing they did.

    Izuku Midoriya's house was filled with tension. He wasn't really sure why, just that it had always been there, pressing down on him and demanding his compliance. He did know, however, that his father got angry a lot, and on those days, Izuku had to be even quieter, since that seemed to help. He also knew that quirks matter to people more than what was obvious, based on his limited interaction with Kacchan, his maybe friend, and his father's curious and insistent obsession with what quirk Izuku might develop. Izuku was excited for his quirk, too! Maybe then his father would care for him beyond whatever his quirk was. (Izuku hoped, at least.) Izuku was, after all, the one tied to his quirk’s fate.
