"Is that Gale?" Lae'zel interrupted her thoughts.
Snapping her head up fast enough to crack her neck, Shadow hearts stomach fell out of her body. Indeed, Gale, Wyll, Astarion, and Halsin-oh, gods, no-all stood together glancing around the area. Before she had a chance to leave or hide her face, their eyes landed on the pair and their faces brightened.
"Don't say a word to them." Shadowheart grabbed her, sliding her hand into the bend of the elbow and leaning closer to her to hiss in her ear. Lae'zel quirked her head towards her and cocked a singular eyebrow.
" I was not the one spilling your secrets, you did it to yourself," she said with a slight smile. Shadowheart scoffed and looked away, somewhere behind them as the group approached.
