Summary
What do you do when you, a future pilot and just a regular guy, are mistaken for an escort?
Phainon, relying on questionable knowledge gleaned from old movies, decides to play along. After all, how hard can it be to follow a clear set of instructions (which the 'professionals' surely have): look seductive, don't sell yourself short, and most importantly, absolutely no kissing on the lips.
The problem is, his 'client', the silent, amber-eyed rocker Mydeimos, doesn't seem to have read the manual. And for some reason, he keeps making his own, completely unacceptable amendments.
Or. Mydei jumps to the wrong conclusion, and Phainon is too smitten at first sight to correct him.

"You're not an omega," Mydei agreed, suddenly spinning him around and pushing him towards the massive black marble kitchen island. "You're better. You're strong. Your muscles are hard as stone. You won't break. But at the same time..."
Mydei, with a single motion, sat him on the edge of the table. The cold stone burned his buttocks, making Phainon instinctively lean forward, right into his friend's arms.
"...At the same time, you have a configuration made for pleasure. My pleasure."
"Mydei, stop," panic mingled with something thick and hot in his lower abdomen. "We're friends. We're, damn it, brothers in arms! You'll regret this in the morning."
"The only thing I'll regret," Mydei wedged himself between Phainon's spread knees, pushing them wider with authority, "is not doing this six months ago, when I first caught myself wondering how you'd look on my table."
A drunken bet leads to a situation where Phainon can't walk, Mydei is a thousand dollars poorer, and the penthouse has run out of lube.

Summary
Mydei is the "King of the Front", the man who turned the deadliest sector of the war into his personal kingdom. Ever since his own father sent him to the swamps of Sector Zero to die a "heroic death". But Mydei survived out of spite and built a "Fortress" there.
Now, he despises politics, hates the "clean ones" from the capital, and believes only in caliber and concrete. He has become uncontrollable, and Headquarters decides to fix this.
The "solution" arrives at the base in the form of the elite Seventh Squadron, "The Sky Hounds", commanded by Major Phainon.
They start a war with each other on the very first day. But when the sky falls to the earth, leaving only burning wreckage in the grey zone, Mydei will have to step into the fire to prove: even if you are born to fly, sometimes you need someone to hold you on the ground.
