THE COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN
For a moment, neither of them spoke.
Yeonjun dragged a shaky hand through his hair, sharp, uneven laughter escaping his chapped lips. His eyes looked slightly red, and Soobin wondered if he had been smoking recently. He opened his mouth to ask, to address the signs they were seeing, but Yeonjun beat him to it.
“You see it too, right?” he said quickly. “Tell me I’m not losing it again.”
