Madara slips up after a mission and ends up kidnapped by the Senju clan who are after intel that Madara has just obtained. It is up to Hashirama to interrogate the Uchiha and this creates the perfect opportunity for him to finally make Madara submit to him after years of fantasizing about it. The interrogation procedures Hashirama turns to are rather...sensual in nature. Madara quickly learns that he will have to play along if he wants to ever be free again. Or perhaps underneath it all the feelings they have for each other are mutual.
