Draco isn't good at sharing. Actually, he's rather possessive. He always thought his constellation was a rather apt choice of name his mother gave him. But Hermione can't wear his scarf so casually and publicly.
If Hermione is going to wear another man's clothes, by Merlin, she'll wear his stars first. Even hidden beneath the raggedy weasel scarf, she'll know who she's to come to first with anything.
