Summary
Cedar was just like any other town in the old West; haphazardly placed wooden houses, a sun-faded saloon sign that flapped in the wind, an old fella on a creaking rocking chair smoking a pipe on his porch, and the slapping sounds of someone in the town pillory getting fucked.
Well, maybe that last one was slightly unusual, but out West, you sometimes had to take special measures to keep law and order going. It was sure as hell better than just shooting everyone who looked at you funny!
The local sheriff had decided public embarrassment was one effective side of punishment to keep crime low and not over-punish non-serious crimes, but it needed a little extra to really rally public unity around it. Thus, while you were locked in the stocks, you were free-use to anyone who happened to wander by. It worked great for bringing the townsfolk together to use that week's free-use slut!
There were some side-effects though.(or; A slice in the life of the the sheriff's slutty trans daughter who keeps getting herself deliberately locked up and publicly fucked.)
