“We wanted to talk to you about your future with our team,” Steve said.
“I am not part of your team,” Matt responded.
“Sure, but you have helped us out a lot. And we would like you to be a part of the team.”
Matt angled his face so it appeared like he was staring down Captain America.
“Right, okay, you don’t have to be part of our team, but you may have noticed that we have gained a few new members. We were hoping you could maybe get to know them a little better, and maybe help us train them. I have not had much opportunity to see it for myself, but Natasha says you fight spectacularly.”

“Go ahead and tell us why we are here,” Foggy told the potential client
“Do you know of Oscorp?” Peter asked.
Matt felt his eyebrows rise as he answered, “We have heard of them, yes.”
“Well I kind of got caught trespassing in one of their labs. I didn’t think it was a big deal, because I have been friends with Harry Osborn for ages now and we hang out in the Oscorp building sometimes, but I guess I went farther than I should have on my own and now they are suing me.”

“This is Steve Rogers, and we could use your help again.”
“I don’t know, I don’t think the whole team thing worked too well for me last time.”
“I know it wasn’t easy, but you don’t strike me as a man that only goes after what is easy. People need you.”
“What exactly do you need me to do?” Matt asked, as he started to continue his trip back to his apartment, a bit slower than usual.
Steve sighed. “It was on the news this morning. Tony … did something. Well, he claims that he didn’t do anything, but that is a whole other conversation. Regardless of what actually happened there is an incredibly intelligent AI-robot-thing on the loose. He calls himself Ultron, and he is looking for a fight.”
“Stark made a killer robot?” Matt asked, dumbfounded. “Of course he did. I still don’t see how having me help is going to make a difference when you have Thor there. Can’t he just zap Ultron with some lightning and be done with it?”

Summary
Daredevil stood still and acted like he needed to catch his breath as he listened for his stalker.
“Yeah, he is just standing there right now. Maybe he is thinking? Do you think now is a good time to engage him?”
There was the static of a comm and then the same deep voice from before said, “We want to make contact as soon as possible, so yes Barton. Go talk to him now.”
“Okay, just watched this guy take down five guys without breaking a sweat, and possibly having just committed murder. Thought maybe now wasn’t a good time to interrupt. He seems kind of busy, and in a rather violent mood,” the man, Barton, grumbled as he slowly got up from his hiding spot and made his way down.
