He was already half a metre away. Close enough for Harry to catch his scent. "We shouldn’t be doing this here."
"Because someone might see us?"
"Because you might ask me for something I can’t give you," Draco whispered.
Harry looked at him, and this time there was no smile. Only his voice, soft, "And what if I don’t ask for anything?"
Draco moved closer without haste, took the glass from Harry’s hand and set it down on the stone ledge. He cupped his face with a trembling hand. And then he kissed him. It wasn’t slow; it was restrained, with a quiet fury. As if he longed to pour himself into him.
Harry broke the kiss first, without fully pulling away. "Is that your final decision?"

Summary
The end of the Second Wizarding War, the beginning of eighth year. Draco is alone, more than ever so as his parents have given up everything to please the Ministry and had fled to France to find some peace and quiet.
They even left him to attend his last year Hogwarts just to make those higher ups feel cheeky and ‘safe’ and him miserable in a den surrounded by those who hate him.
Why exactly he was forced to be here would pass over him until the end…
Either way, someone would take it upon themselves to make sure he would cause no problems here even though he was visibly defeated into nothing and wasn’t even bothering to make the slightest resist.
Harry Potter was making his life a living hell as he played dictator of Draco’s every movement. The moment they met in the astronomy tower, Harry declared they’d share a room and he didn’t let them part since.
Draco knew he was facing the wrath, the punishment the world thought he deserved. He just wished it wouldn’t be at the cost of Harry’s morals and dignity.
